AgriPlex Genomics announces the dates for two collective sequencing runs of its Fresh Market Tomato panel this spring and two runs of its Soybean Community panel this summer through the AgriPlex Connect program

AgriPlex Genomics will be performing two collective sequencing runs of their Fresh Market Tomato SNP genotyping panel as well as two runs of the Soybean Community panel through the AgriPlex Connect program. The tomato panel contains 384 markers, and the soybean panel contains 1327 markers.
Any breeders and researchers from academia, industry, government, and other organizations are welcome to participate.To be included with the group and receive the AgriPlex Connect-exclusive discounts (complimentary DNA extraction for all samples and a collective discount based upon the total number of samples received by the community) and expedited turnaround, (2-3 weeks), one must submit their samples by the following deadlines:
- Fresh Market Tomato: April 30 or May 31, 2023
- Soybean Community: July 15 or August 31, 2023
