Rusty Klitzke joins Golden Acre Genetics sales team


Waco, Texas, USA

Golden Acres Genetics, Ltd. is pleased to announce that Rusty Klitzke of WaKeeney, Kansas, has joined their sales team, effective February 15, 2015. Rusty will focus on the northern half of Kansas and south-eastern portion of Nebraska.

“Rusty has an extensive background in agronomy and a strong work ethic. I am confident he will provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to growers in his area,” said Golden Acres President Lou Buice. “His passion for seed and high plains agriculture will no doubt help Golden Acres’ customers attain profitable results.”

Rusty’s experience as an agronomist includes planting coordination, hybrid selection, nutrient recommendation, irrigation scheduling, soil and tissue sampling, and identifying/eliminating crop pests. A 2003 graduate of Fort Hays State University, Rusty holds a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy. Rusty operates a small farm in Ness and Rush counties. He and his wife, Brooke, have 3 children. Rusty enjoys hunting, softball, boating/camping and working part-time on the family farm.
