American Agri-Women graduates 2015 Class of Syngenta Leadership Training

American Agri-Women (AAW) recognizes its members who have recently graduated from the Syngenta Leadership At Its Best (LAIB) training. Syngenta has offered its leadership program for AAW members for more than 20 years.

The program offers training regarding the process of developing policy, media interviews, communication styles, public speaking, leadership strategies and more.

“The 16 graduates this year join more than 200 other members who have built their leadership skills, thanks to Syngenta. The woman’s voice is so important when educating about and advocating for agriculture. This program makes those voices stronger,” says AAW President Sue McCrum.

American Agri-Women is the nation’s largest coalition of farm, ranch and agribusiness women with more than 50 state, commodity and agribusiness affiliate organizations. AAW is celebrating its 40th anniversary.
