Arysta LifeScience North America recently announced Steve Vining and Phil Reding have each accepted new positions as Regional Sales Managers. Vining will work with customers in the Northern Plains region, while Reding will support the Western region.
Vining is a 20-year industry professional and joined the Arysta LifeScience team in 2007, serving the Pacific Northwest region by supporting the Tree, Nut and Vine (TNV) portfolio and cereals business. Previously, he served as a sales manager for Drexel Chemical and Ag Concepts. Vining received his Bachelor of Science degree in soil fertility and soil chemistry from the University of Idaho.
Reding has been a sales professional in the agriculture industry for over 30 years, joining the Arysta LifeScience team in 2005 as the TNV National Sales Manager. He has been instrumental in leading the growth of the TNV business on the West Coast, specifically in key crops such as grapes and almonds. His previous work experience includes Regal Chemical Company and Syngenta Crop Protection. Reding received his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Iowa State University.

Both team members will continue to work from their home offices. Vining resides in Kimberly, Idaho, and Reding in Granite Bay, California.
