The testing program continues to provide growers information to make informed variety selection decisions. The performance tests provide immediate and streamlined access to harvest data. Reports also include two-year averages when applicable.

Iowa Crop Improvement Association (ICIA) conducts the Iowa Crop Performance Tests—Iowa’s Official Variety Trials—in cooperation with the Iowa State University agronomy department. The program offers unbiased, third party, on-farm information to growers. The test provides performance information on corn hybrids and soybean varieties.
