This young and fast growing business will develop more and more active ingredients from BASF’s highly performing crop protection portfolio. Step by step additional BASF active ingredients are being launched into the market as seed dressing products.

In the BASF Agicultural Center Limburgerhof in Germany, where the company has traditionally concentrated its agricultural R&D activities, the Seed Solutions Technology Center is established.
It serves as a basis for intensive knowledge exchange with customers. Furthermore, BASF is integrating seed protection questions into its global network of testing sites. Here, seed treatment products will be optimized for all important crops under different soil and climatic conditions. This will enable us to help
our customers to optimize their seed dressing practices, to improve seed quality and to strengthen their profitability.
