The purpose of the
California Crop Improvement Association, a non-profit
corporation, officially recognized as the seed certifying
agency under the California Seed Law, is not only to certify
seed, but to make such seed available to the public, and to
engage in other activities to promote the production,
distribution, and use of good seed.
