We are looking for a Sr Sales Rep to join our Agricultural Solutions team located in Central / SE California near Bakersfield, CA.

As a Sr Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and representing BASF’s agricultural crop protection products. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our products to enhance their agricultural practices. You will also work to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and promote the BASF brand in the agricultural sector.

As a Ag Sr Sales Rep - Central/South East California (Field), you create chemistry by...

• Implementing marketing programs with key retailers and launching new products into this geography.
• Leveraging market knowledge within the diverse markets we operate in to create demand for innovative products with key retailers.
• Being successfully engaged outside the organization to provide superior customer service while developing strong relationships with retailers.
• Driving strategic decisions for the business by developing and executing strong business plans for results.

If you...

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, preferred in Agricultural field.
• Possess 10 years of experience in a sales capacity within the agricultural field, with a preference for crop protection experience.
• Current PCA license or obtain within 12 months of starting with BASF.

Pay transparency

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive Pay Range for this role is $108,800 - $149,600. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
