Monsanto Hungary has received the Aon Hewitt Best Employer Award in the category of production and manufacturing.
The annual Aon Hewitt Best Employer Study is the industry benchmark in employer excellence and employee engagement, and this year, the study also focused on credible and competent leadership and a performance-oriented corporate culture.
The award is a fantastic recognition of Monsanto Hungary’s employee initiatives and engagement programmes, and signifies the importance of rural development and agriculture—Monsanto’s core business– in Hungary.
István Szanyi, Managing Director of Monsanto Hungary, said, “Monsanto is honoured to be ranked among the best companies for production and manufacturing. We’re especially pleased to be recognised with this award in Hungary, a country of significant growth and investment for Monsanto.”
“Monsanto is a highly innovative company, both in terms of our role in the agricultural sector and in terms of our own corporate culture. Engagement is core to the Monsanto culture, and we offer a number of programmes designed to maximise employee engagement and personal career development, with a strong focus on encouraging and supporting creativity in everyday work, and a very open culture that fosters the implementation of new ideas at all levels. We take great pride in the fact that several of our key leadership positions are today held by former interns.”
“We are very proud to be the recipients of the Aon Hewitt Best Employer Award in Hungary, and that our employee-centred initiatives have been recognised with this prestigious award.”
This award joins Monsanto’s recognition around the world across a range of areas including employees’ innovation, leadership, and workplace satisfaction.
Congratulations Monsanto Hungary!
