Munson Hybrids adds dealers in Illinois, Wisconsin

Galesburg, Illinois, USA
December 17, 2014

Over the past 6 months, Munson Hybrids added dealers in Illinois and Wisconsin, increasing its dealer network by about 30%.

Munson Hybrids strategically added dealers to address the growth in demand for Munson corn and soybeans due to strong year-after-year performance of its hybrids in state, 3rd party and company plots.

“Our motto at Munson is “Performance is Personal” and adding local dealers to ensure we not only meet, but exceed, expectations is important to everyone at the company,” said John Hennenfent, CEO and President.  “We’ve been extremely fortunate with the dealer network we’ve had in place and I am excited about the dealers we’ve added and what they bring to the table in terms of knowledge and relationships.”

Munson Hybrids is a regional, family-owned seed company that meets the corn, soybean, silage, alfalfa, small grain and cover crop seed needs of farmers in Illinois, Iowa, Nebraska and Wisconsin.  Munson believes “Performance is personal”, focusing on the right genetics for each field and servicing local farmers by listening and developing a seed plan together.
