Are there
specific areas or countries in Europe where demand is
outpacing supply? How is this issue being addressed?
In terms of seeds
I do not see much outpacing, however in organic produce there
sometimes is more demand than supply.
This applies
to the Northwestern European countries more than to the Southern
European countries.
This has to do with the fact that the demand of the
supermarkets and the organic producers are not yet as organized
year around as the conventional produce growers.
