CapGen Seeds participates in Infoagro Exhibition 2025 to present its latest developments in plant breeding. Panoramix, the pear tomato resistant to rugose and TSWV, and Tentación, the new black seedless watermelon, will be the protagonists of this international edition. We are waiting for you at stand 160!
From May 21st to 23rd, CapGen Seeds will be present at a new edition of Infoagro Exhibition, the reference fair for intensive agriculture held at the Palacio de Congresos in Aguadulce (Almeria). You will find us at our stand nº 160 (first floor), where we invite you to discover our main novelties in plant breeding.
Panoramix: the pear tomato for export that has it all
One of the main protagonists of this edition is Panoramix, our export pear tomato with intermediate resistance to ToBRFV and TSWV, two of the most relevant threats to tomato cultivation today. Its stable caliber, intense red color, firm texture and long post-harvest life make it a safe choice for both field and the most demanding international markets.
Panoramix has already been included in the catalogs of varieties recommended by the main exporting cooperatives, which confirms its performance and quality at a professional level. In addition, its high lycopene and Brix content also positions it as a healthy and very versatile tomato in the kitchen.
Tentación: our new seedless black watermelon
Along with Panoramix, we also present Tentación, our seedless black watermelon, designed to offer uniformity, firm flesh, intense red color and high sugar content. Tentación responds to the demands of today’s markets and adapts to both the needs of the grower and the expectations of the end consumer.
A fair with an international vision
Infoagro Exhibition 2025 is shaping up to be one of the most international editions to date, with more than 600 exhibitors and 49,000 professional visitors expected. In this global scenario, CapGen Seeds reinforces its international presence, after the opening of CapGen Seeds Italy and the consolidation of our commercial relations with countries such as India, North Africa and other strategic markets.
In addition to our star novelties, we will also be showing at the fair the latest additions to our catalog in tomato, bell pepper, cucumber and other species, reaffirming our commitment to sustainability, innovation and genetic improvement adapted to the real needs of the field.
As part of this evolution process, at CapGen Seeds we have started the implementation of the ISO 9001 standard, a step that will allow us to reinforce the quality of our processes and continue growing with a management model aligned with international standards.
