KWS Seeds promotes Lynn Dusek to the new position of General Agronomist for the sugarbeet market

KWS Seeds, a global leader in seed production, announced today the promotion of Lynn Dusek to the newly created position of General Agronomist.
“This new position will provide leadership for our agronomic strategy for all sugarbeet markets in North America,” said Mark Schmidt, Vice President of Sales. “In this role, Lynn will create comprehensive agronomic training programs for Sales Managers and Independent Sales Agents across the Betaseed and Crystal sugarbeet seed brands. He will be guiding growers and agronomists on optimizing new and existing trait applications and working with the KWS Sales Information Technology team to develop and implement digital tools that enhance grower decision-making.
“With more than 12 years of service, Lynn brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise, and a deep-rooted commitment to the agricultural industry,” said Schmidt. “Lynn has extensive industry experience—including roles as an Agriculturalist at American Crystal Sugar and as an agronomist in the ag retail sector.”
Dusek’s career with KWS Seeds began in 2013 as Sales Manager for Betaseed and included a promotion to Regional Sales Manager in 2019 in the American Crystal growing region. Dusek is also involved with the Truvera commercial team.
